GrassRoots is excited to announce a new all-fees-included ticketing model for this year’s festival. In response to customer feedback and evolving industry standards, ticket prices will now include all fees up front, with a clear breakdown provided for transparency. This means the price you see in our marketing is exactly what you’ll pay—whether online, at an outlet, or at the gate.
Our two fees will remain unchanged as well: an 11% Health & Safety Fee, which supports EMT, ambulance, fire, law enforcement and other essential services, and a 6% Processing Fee, which covers our ticketing systems.

Youth Policy
Children 15 and under must be under the supervision of a ticketed parent or guardian to enter and attend. In addition, a Guardianship Card must be filled out and kept on file at the Ticket Booth in case of emergency. Youth passes will not be sold to youth at the gate without a parent or guardian. This is a family friendly festival, and kids of all ages are welcome, but GrassRoots cannot be responsible for youth without adult supervision.
