onsite camping
ONSITE GATES OPEN AT 12 PM ON THURSDAY, JULY 17TH, 2025
Located on the Trumansburg Fairgrounds, Onsite camping is the place to be if you like to be right in the middle of the festival. The stages run well into the night so if you can't sleep through music then camping here may not be the best option for you.
The two options for camping Onsite are Onsite Vehicle Camping and Onsite Tent Camping.
Onsite Vehicle Camping always sells out very quickly, and Onsite Tent Camping sells out well in advance too. If you know you want to camp in either of these areas onsite, we recommend being ready prior to 9:00 am the day they go on sale. Please check out the maps in advance, and have more than one numbered site in mind just in case you don’t get your first choice!
PLEASE NOTE: NEW THIS YEAR: Due to high demand, ALL Onsite camping purchases will be limited to one (1) campsite per order. If your group needs to purchase more than 1 site then we recommend that you coordinate ahead of time to purchase sites that are close together.
VEHICLE CAMPING
On-Site Vehicle Campers may enter and exit through the BACK GATE on Rabbit Run Rd. only.
Onsite Vehicle Campers may only park their vehicle within their purchased campsite. VEHICLE CAMPERS MAY NOT PARK ON THE TRACK. Onsite Vehicle Camper vehicles found parked on the track will be issued a warning, and if not moved within one (1) hour will be towed off of the premises.
There are significant differences in regulations between small and large sites so please read all information below before making your purchase.
The term “Structures” in the descriptions below refers to any temporary structure within your campsite including, but not limited to, tents, vehicles, pop-up tents, tarps, tapestries, etc., including fencing.
All structures must maintain emergency access, so please don’t crowd, and keep the openings to your structures accessible!
Campsites that are found to not be in compliance with ALL of the campsite regulations listed below must come into compliance within one (1) hour of notification, or their belongings will be removed and held in the Volunteer Security Office.
SMALL VEHICLE SITES
$370 for a regular site, $550 for front row, plus applicable fees
Small Vehicle Sites are approximately 22’x26’, or 572 square feet that can accommodate one (1) midsize vehicle and one (1) 2-4 person tent.

Sites may not be combined in any way in order to create a larger site.
You MUST maintain FIVE (5) FEET of separation distance between structures on your site and structures on neighboring sites, but no separation distance needs to be maintained between structures on your site provided all of your structures have emergency access. This means that you are required to keep two and a half (2.5) feet of open space between the end of structures on your site and the painted border line between neighboring sites. You will need to work with your neighbors so all campsites are in compliance.

You MUST maintain TEN (10) FEET of separation distance between structures on neighboring sites, but no separation distance needs to be maintained between structures on your site provided all of your structures have emergency access.
