The 33rd Annual Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance welcomes your application to participate as a food vendor at this year’s festival, to take place July 17-20, 2025.

The craft section includes 21 vendor spots, and is renowned for its emphasis on high quality, handmade, original work ranging from jewelry, fiber arts, musical instruments, candles, glass art, printmaking, pottery, natural skincare products, and more. A word of advice: your application is the only information the jury has of you and your work, so your presentation is crucial. Make sure to offer coherent descriptions of your product and to include images that portray your work in the best possible light in order to provide us with a true sense of what you will be vending.

Originality and quality of execution are serious factors in the selection process. Please note, it is a requirement that all work produced or sold at the festival must be made by the vendor. (Retail vendors will not be considered for booth space.) We look forward to receiving your application!

2025 ART BARN APPLICATION

Application Deadline: May 16, 2025

• Requirements: Complete the application form via the link below and include up to 4 images of the artwork intended for exhibition, along with their sizes. 

• Space is limited, so early submissions are recommended.

• Notification: Accepted artists will receive a confirmation email by May 31, 2025.

The GrassRoots Festival extends an invitation to visual artists for participation in a pop-up exhibition aligned with the 2025 Festival. Artists of all ages and working in any medium are welcome to submit their work. To be considered, complete the application form via this link and include 3-4 images of the artwork intended for exhibition, along with their sizes, by May 16, 2025.

Volunteering: If you would like to volunteer at the Art Barn during the Festival, please visit www.grassrootsfest.org, volunteer applications will go live this Spring.
